 Chefs Association of Nepal (CAN), a non profit organization, was founded in the year 2053 B.S. (1995/96) by a group of dedicated chefs. The profound objective behind this pious attempt was to consolidate and unify the professionals involved in the field of food preparation as Chefs 7 cook in nation wide hotels, motels, restaurants, catering and training institutes. Hence, there riorous efforts yielded result and CAN came into existence to work for the welfare of these professionals, to propagate a feeling of fraternity among them, to protect and fight for their rights, to develop a sense of fair competition and to initiate and upgrade their existing skill and efficiency.
