Activities of CAN

By being a professionals assocaition, it organises the following activities and programs on regular basis:

 

 

1. Programme
- Chef of the year - Young chef competition
- Food festival (Nepal and Abroad)
- Chef exchange program
- Food hygienic and sanitation
- Social and Interpersonal skill development training

 

 

2. Training

1. Basic Cook Training (6 Months)
Training will be Start from 1st Jestha-2065.

2. In Service Course Training (1 Month)
Training will be Start from 25 Baishakh 2065.

3. Special Cook Training (45days)
special subjects:-
I)Indian I) Continental II) Chinese
IV) Bakery + Pastry and Others
the group will be minimum 10 peoples in each subject .

4. Kitchen Management - 1 month
