The prime objectives of this association are :
1. To elevate the standard of professionalism and efficiency to meet the international standard.
2. To unify the ever scattered cuisine of various Nepalese caste and creed, and analyse their commercial viability in the national and international arena. 3. To bring consciousness among the local mass and also to help promote domestic and international tourism by organization various training programs, seminars, food fairs, exhibitions etc. in the national as well as international sphere. 4. To organise food fetivals and to award chef of the year so that the profession of chefs and cooks is dignified. 5. To provide international exposure to the chefs and cooks by organising exchange programs through the foreign associations of the same nature. |
